My particular interests
I have a particular interest in working with women - supporting, witnessing & guiding women through the joys, challenges & thresholds of our lives, including those related to our bodies & our changing role in society at different ages.
I love working in nature as it offers so much opportunity for calm, nourishment & healing.
I offer walking therapy in the beautiful Sussex countryside, so you can benefit from the healing power of nature whilst receiving therapeutic support.
We can also work creatively with nature for different aspects of counselling or healing, for example, doing a meditation connected to the earth to help you feel grounded or working with different natural objects to explore your family system or inner parts of your self.
If there is a particular life threshold or rite of passage you wish to honour, such as getting a new job or your children leaving home, I also offer personal ceremonies to mark this occasion with you.
