Dr Rosanne Stabler
I have always had an interest in people – what influences how people act & feel, what shapes how they respond to life events & the interrelated nature of families through the generations. As a child I also had a sense of the mythic: what is unseen & unspoken, what is bigger than us as humans.
These interests led me to study psychology at university & then to train as a counselling psychologist & psychotherapist in my 20s. I was quickly drawn to do further trainings in energy psychology & integrated these into my therapeutic work.
Over time I have been drawn closer to nature in my professional & personal worlds. I have completed a horticulture course & work part-time as a gardener as I love being outdoors & helping nature thrive. I need to spend time outside each week for my own physical & emotional well-being & have more recently learnt about how to connect at a deeper level with nature beings through shamanic healing.
I see my work as a therapist & my own personal healing as an ongoing process of exploration, learning & growing. I look after my own well-being in a number of diffent ways including yoga, being in nature, gardening, reading, sound therapy & spiritual connection.
I am a questor – searching for a deeper meaning in life & being curious about how we can live fully in our personal & interconnected truth.
