I started practising yoga nidra during my first pregnancy when I attended a yoga session that included both hypnobirthing & yoga nidra. I found it so helpful that I have used it ever since for a variety of reasons – for a quick rest & reset during the day when I had a newborn baby (& still now with older kids during the school holidays!), if I need to calm my mind before sleep at night-time & when I want to centre myself during times of change or difficulty.
I love it, so I want to share that love & encourage others to try!

I want to share a few key messages which have impacted me from the two books of Anita Moorjani’s that I have read recently – ‘Dying to be me’ & ‘Sensitivity is the new strong’.
These are things which I would like to remember in my life & also talk to others about.
Although much more widely heard in western countries these days, this term can still feel quite unknown & unclear. As a Shamanic Practitioner, I would like to offer some ideas to briefly clarify my understanding so that it feels more accessible if you wanted to come for a session with me.
